This is a high speed packaging machine capable of speeds up to 200 products per minute. This machine is a great step up from hand packaging and can substantially increase your packaging speeds and product output.
This machine uses flat roll stock film formed into a bag and converts it to the same type of bag you see granola bars, protein bars, cereal bars, candy bars, cookies, ice cream bars, popsicles, utensils and other products. The machine is compatible with many different types of printers and label applicators.
This machine can be customized for your product and application if required. Custom printed compatible laminated film with your package design is available for the product wrap. This machine is very reliable and requires minimal maintenance. US stocked parts and support are available. We understand the importance of reducing downtime and keeping your production online.

This machine is designed for high volume output and is designed to keep your product fresh and sealed. By utilizing a flat film packaging material that can be dispensed at high speed the per piece price for packaging becomes very cost effective. Along with reduced labor costs this machine will allow you to fulfill demand faster and spend less time packaging. With the optional printer you can mark the package with best buy or production dates as well as lot numbers and unique identification codes.
We have solutions to help automate your production operations. Options such as custom trays can be designed to hold smaller items or more fragile items. Vertical machines are available based on project requirements and product type intended for high speed packaging.
Product packaging wrapping material known as roll stock film is available both plain or printed. The film can be printed, laminated, and cut to roll size as required based on your design requirements and product size.
This is currently setup for products roughly 1.25" Wide x 4 7/8" Long x 0.5" Tall but can be adjusted within the size specification range of the machine. A new machine can be configured for your specific product type and application. Additional consumables and replacement parts are available and ship from our warehouse to keep your equipment running. Does not include marking and date encoder but is available for purchase separately. Custom in-feed and exit conveyors as well as custom pushers/flights and chain configurations can be provided to fit your product. All contact parts are stainless steel. Machine is reliable, easy to operate, clean and maintain.
Crating and shipping services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Machine is new. It has been tested and is in excellent condition. Training is available upon request at an additional fee.
*Speed is adjustable from 40-200 products per minute packaging rate. Speed should be adjusted based on how many people are available to assist in loading the product into the infeed conveyor line as well as production demand requirements. One person can typically feed up to 80-120 pieces per minute.
**Seal temperature of the fin seal or middle seal and end seals are independently adjustable and should be adjusted based on film thickness and material type.
***Film marker bars are helpful for machine and film synchronization but is not required. The machine can be set to package a fixed length vs tracking the film.
****Custom film compatible with the machine both clear and printed are available with up to 9 color reverse print. Full color images can also be printed directly on the package. We take your digital file and print your design directly on the film, eliminating the need for labels. Film tracking bars can be printed on the inside of the fin seal so the bars are out of sight when wrapped but still allow the film to synchronize with the machine when it is being fed through the machine.
